MAKAU AND MEDCERTIFY ARE NOW A PART OF ATHAND SOLUTIONS

Provo, UT - January 1, 2009 – Makau and MedCertify are now both a part of AtHand Solutions. Ownership of the Makau and MedCertify brands, intellectual property and contracts officially changed hands yesterday, December 31, 2008.

From Makau, AtHand Solutions acquired its eLearning productions and technology based delivery and testing systems. Makau's content library included over 400 technology and professional development training lessons. Makau's Learning Management System (LMS) is currently in use in over 200 organizations around the globe. Makau's testing system currently services customers both large and small.

From MedCertify, AtHand Solutions acquired its eLearning productions for Medical Coding and Transcription.
