Satisfaction Guarantee

This guarantee covers your purchase during the initial 30 days. To qualify for a return or exchange you must contact the service department within the 30 days from the invoice date. Please note that sales on all clearance items and network installed solutions are final, and do not qualify for exchanges or returns.

Pass Guarantee

If you follow our certification preparation method and fail the corresponding exam twice within 180 days of your purchase, we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price associated with the corresponding CertPack courses (less shipping and handling).

If you follow the learning, preparation and practice test steps recommended by AtHand Solutions' Prepare to Certify Guide and don't pass after your second attempt, call our Customer Service team to request a Pass Guarantee Claim Form.

Your claim will be confirmed and verified to meet all qualifications. If your claim qualifies, you will be asked to return all materials to AtHand, at which time your refund will be issued.

The Exam Pass Guarantee only applies to courses sold as an ExamPack and not to courses sold without the additional exam prep materials.

Upgrade Guarantee

If during the year following your purchase you should notice an addition or change, simply contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-757-6714. Please have a copy of your invoice handy to reference the date and set title. We will compare the set or bundle and should there be a difference, provide the upgrade to you at no additional cost (including shipping).
